Are your products Kosher For Passover?
Our Shabbat Mineral Powder line is kosher for Passover and all year round!
For all other products, consult our list of Star-K approved for Passover products.
Can I find your products in-store?
Yes! Our headquarters is located in Baltimore, MD (6503 Park Heights Avenue - Unit L-A), but you can also find many of our products through our representatives, located throughout the United States and overseas.
How long does shipping and processing take?
Processing times are dependent on order volume, order size, and in-store customer traffic. Orders generally ship out Monday through Thursday. Orders placed over holidays will usually not ship out until the first or second business day following the holiday.
Shipping length depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. USPS Flat Rate is generally 1-3 days shipping, though it is not guaranteed and subject to the whims of the USPS. Express is guaranteed 1-3 days.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
All products purchased at our Baltimore location and online are open to return or exchange by us, within reason. Use the contact form on our contact page to let us know what issue you're having. Any products purchased at any other location are subject to the return/exchange policy of the seller.
Full refund (minus shipping) and/or exchanges accepted within 60 days of purchase for unopened items, and items containing 90% or more of the product purchased. Buyer pays return shipping.
Store credit will be offered for items returned/exchanged within 60 days of purchase for all items that contain less than 90% of the product purchased.
Returns and exchanges can be done in-store or by mail (buyer pays return shipping).
Refund will be credited upon receipt of the returned items.

Yes! If you have a coupon code, you can enter it on the cart page before you even begin checkout, so you can see how much you're saving before you're charged!

I didn't see a coupon code until after I placed my order, can you apply it?
Unfortunately, we can not apply coupons retroactively. If you get in touch with us before the coupon expires, we can cancel your order and allow you to place a new one with the coupon code . Please note that if you do place a new order, your position in our processing queue will change and your order may not ship out right away.
